AIEEE (All India Engineering Entrance Examination) Entrance Examination for admission to B.E./B.Tech/B.Arch/B.Planning courses of some of the prominent educational institutions in India usually held in April. More IIT's in offing

There are seven IITs in India in Mumbai, New Delhi, Kharagpur, Roorkee, Guwahati, Kanpur and Chennai. Now, the central government has approved another Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) for Andhra Pradesh. Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (IIT-KGP), announced detailed plans to set up its new Kolkata campus at Rajarhat New Town at an estimated investment of Rs 250 crore. IIT Chennai introduces new programme on Visonary Leadership in Manufacturing
